Relationship therapy
A relationship is a living organism that needs care, attention and space to flourish. Sometimes that happens almost by itself, but often there are moments when the connection falters. You talk past each other, touch each other less often, or notice old wounds surfacing again and again. Relationship therapy offers a holding space to pause, explore and repair together.
How I work with couples
Relationship work usually consists of a combination of couple sessions (90 min) and individual sessions (60 min) with both partners. This is part of my way of working and helps to work carefully and clearly.
A good fit for:
- feeling stuck in recurring patterns and conflict
- distance and closeness, trust
- communication or intimacy
- a willingness to look honestly at the pattern
Not a fit right now if:
- you are not willing to look at your own share as well
Love is not about how you feel, it's about what you do

Recognizing and breaking the pattern between you, improving communication and alignment, and restoring safety and connection—even during difficult conversations.
