When you get in touch or sign up, I process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you start a trajectory, I also keep a limited client file with the data needed for careful guidance.

I use your data exclusively to contact you, to carry out the guidance with care and to meet legal obligations (such as tax administration). I do not use your data for marketing and never sell it to third parties.

Everything you share in sessions is treated confidentially, within the limits of laws and regulations. Data is only shared with others if you give explicit consent, or when a legal obligation requires it.

Client files are kept in line with the statutory retention period. Contact details that do not lead to a trajectory are deleted no later than two years after the last contact. Invoices fall under the seven-year fiscal retention obligation.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, send a message to info@essencepillar.com. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
