My therapeutic specialisations

Essence Pillar works at the intersection of relationships, sexuality and embodiment.

Sexology (1:1)

Sexological therapy can focus on a specific complaint: for example, when tension, shame, pain, or blockages affect sexual functioning or experience. From a depth psychological perspective, we also examine the underlying causes. We work carefully and without judgement, with attention to safety, boundaries and regulation.

Relationship therapy (couples)

For couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns: conflict, distance and closeness, trust, communication or intimacy. Relationship therapy is a fit if you are willing to look honestly at the pattern and invest in safety, connection and concrete change.

Somatic psychotherapy

Sometimes talking alone is not enough. We involve body signals and regulation, so that change is not only understood, but also felt and lived. Somatic work is a fit for people who experience stress complaints, dysregulation or overstimulation, are constantly 'on', or go numb instead.

Trauma therapy

I am trained in trauma therapy and work trauma-informed: with attention to safety, pace and regulation. We work step by step, without forcing. Trauma therapy is a fit for strong stress reactions, fear, shame or avoidance.
