What can you expect?

  • If it is a fit, we do an intake and draft a first proposal for the follow-up together.
  • If I believe other help is more fitting at this moment, I will let you know with care.

Please note: in my practice I distinguish between individual therapy (1:1) and relationship therapy (couples); during the intake we decide together which route fits.

For couples: relationship work usually consists of a combination of couple sessions (90 min) and individual sessions (60 min) with both partners.

You do not have to choose anything in advance; I often work with a combination.
